Dr. Choi is an anesthesiologist specializing in critical care medicine, based in Dallas, TX. He completed his anesthesiology residency at Yale-New Haven Medical Center, followed by a fellowship in critical care medicine at Columbia-New York Presbyterian Hospital. He earned his medical degree from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. Currently, he serves as an Assistant Professor at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center since 2019. Dr. Choi's research interests include novel therapies for sepsis and acute respiratory distress syndrome, among others. His work has been recognized and cited in the medical literature.
