Ways to Become Involved With ISA

• Volunteer to serve as an Alternate Delegate or Delegate for your district. Every year a ballot is circulated to all ISA members. Ask your partners, friends and acquantances to vote for you. Make sure you attend the House of Delegates meeting held in May every year.
• Volunteer to attend the ISA Legislative Conference in Springfield, or the ASA Legislative Conferfence in Washington DC. This is a great opportunity to learn about lobbying and legislative issues.
• Volunteer to serve on an active committee of ISA.
  • If you have skills or experience with writing, or web communications, our Communications Committee currently needs:
  • writers for the ISA Today newsletter
  • suggestions on development of our new web site
  • people with database expertise
  • If you have skills with grassroots organizing, we need people to help with our membership initiative.
