The 2010 Midwest Anesthesiology Conference registration fee includes: course tuition; CME credit; program materials; continental breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks. Discounted registration fees are available until October 25, 2010. A late fee of $50 will be added to all registrations received after October 25, 2010.
Online registration is restricted to payment via mastercard or visa. To pay by check, please complete the registration form and mail with your payment to the ISA Central office.

The InterContiental Hotel Chicago, 505 N. Michigan Avenue, Chicago, will host attendees of the 2010 Midwest Anesthesiology Conference. Sleeping rooms are available at a discounted group rate of $199-$229 per night (plus tax). To make a reservation, please contact the hotel directly by calling 800-235-4670 and identifying yourself as a part of the ISA. Rooms and rates are limited and will be confirmed on a space available basis until October 15, 2010 or until the room block is full, whichever occurs first. Online abstract submission is open to all and concludes October 2nd. Accepted abstracts will be printed in the program book and distributed to all meeting attendees at the November 13th conference. Notification of the acceptance/rejection of your abstract will be sent to the first author via email in early September. Eligible residents will be considered for the prestigious Nimmagadda Award for Best Resident Abstract. Click the online abstract submission link above for further details.
